This is an international group tour; you will be traveling with other passengers. No temporary boarding or alighting services are provided outside of the designated stops.
Please gather at the designated time and place punctually. If you fail to participate on time due to personal reasons (e.g., lateness, going to the wrong place), it will be considered a voluntary withdrawal from the tour, and the fee will not be refunded.
Depending on the actual number of participants on the day, a small vehicle with a driver-guide may be arranged. Such tours prioritize safe driving, and commentary along the way will be relatively brief.
The actual itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, or other force majeure factors, including changes to timing or sequence. No refunds or additional compensation will be provided for delays or changes. Please allow sufficient time if you have other plans on the same day.
Seasonal scenery such as cherry blossoms and autumn leaves is highly dependent on weather conditions. The actual viewing experience may differ from expectations, and this cannot be used as a basis for refunds or complaints.
Stay durations at each attraction have been uniformly arranged. Please cooperate with the tour guide's time management to avoid affecting the overall itinerary. During holidays or peak seasons, traffic congestion may occur, and the order of the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly.
To maintain a clean environment, please do not consume food with strong odors inside the vehicle. A cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards if any stains or damage occur.
If you choose to leave the tour midway, it will be considered a voluntary withdrawal from the remaining services, and unused portions will not be refunded. You are responsible for your own personal and property safety during that time.
Since Mount Aso is currently closed (the reopening date is yet to be determined), the itinerary for this attraction will be adjusted to extend the stay at Kusasenri Grassland. Please be aware that the actual tour arrangements and stay durations will be adjusted appropriately based on road conditions, weather, and operational status on the day.
