- Meeting Point: Provide your pick-up/drop-off address in the Additional Info section when booking.
- Pickup Location: Wait in the hotel lobby in advance according to the selected time.
- Pickup Time: Your driver will meet you at the selected time.
Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- If the tour has to be cancelled due to weather conditions, the tour guide will inform you in advance and grant refunds.
- However, if the tour is determined operable, guests may decide if they still want to continue the tour.
- Requests for refunds shall be processed according to the general cancellation policy.
