- Departure Point: Da Nang International Airport/Da Nang City Center/Hoi An. Please see the packages above.
- Pick-Up Location: Please provide the exact address of your pick-up or drop-off point while booking.
- For airport pick-up packages, the driver will track your flight number and landing time to provide pick-up service. Should there is flight delay, you have to inform the driver in advance, or the grace period is 1,5 hours at maximum.
- Support Language: The driver speaks Vietnamese and basic English.
－ Vehicle Type－
- 4-seater Vehicle (Vios , Elantra, Mazda 3 . All brand new cars 2018), maximum of 3 people and 3 pieces of medium-sized luggage.
- 7-seater Vehicle (Innova, Pajero sport, Toyota Fortuner. All brand new cars 2018), maximum of 4 people and 4 pieces of medium-sized luggage.
- 16 seater Vehicle (Fort Transit . All brand new cars 2018), maximum of 10 people and 10 pieces of medium-sized luggage.
- Medium-sized luggage is considered as 24-inch luggage.
- If you have wheelchair, stroller, they will be counted as one piece of standard luggage.
Airport Pick Up Instructions:
- The driver will wait at the arrival hall and hold the signboard with the lead traveler''s name on it.
- Driver will closely monitor your flight status, so whether your flight is delayed or not, your driver will be there to pick you up. We've got you covered. Should there is flight delay, or changing flight no, you have to inform the driver in advance
- Free waiting time: The driver will only wait for 90 minutes upon international flights and 45 minutes upon domestic flights. If you do not show up within the free waiting time, the driver will leave and no refunds will be issued. For longer delays, call or send messages immediately.
- This is a direct transfer from airport to hotels, no stopping for meals, shopping…
- If you choose the option Night time service, please choose carefully the Arrival Date & Time. We will not refund if you provide wrong info

Driver waited for us at arrival door with my name clearly written. Easy to spot him. He was also very patient to let my elderly parents and young kids go to washroom first before we went to the van to load.

Agent/driver contacted one day before for confirmation and ensure they will wait if there's unfortunate delay. Quite easy to spot upon exiting the arrival door at the airport. Driving is smooth and the 16-seater van option is very recommended for tourists group like ours. Car condition is good.
