- Transport to and from the dropzone is included.
- Please check in 10 minutes prior to your trip time.
- Skydiving is highly weather dependent; delays or rescheduling may occur.
- Allow approximately 3.5 hours for the full experience.
- No cameras, GoPros, or recording devices allowed on the plane or during the skydive.
- Photo and video packages are available to purchase separately.
- Minimum age: 6 years.
- Minimum weight: 40 kg.
- Minimum height: 120 cm.
- Passengers 95 kg+ are subject to tandem master assessment.
- No maximum age limit; passengers must fit safely into the harness.
- Passengers under 18 require written parental/guardian consent.
- Children aged 6+ may skydive if they meet weight, height, and harness-fit requirements.
- Children 12 and under may only skydive from a maximum of 9,000 ft.

- One spectator per customer may join, subject to space in the bus.

- Seasonal layered clothing (multiple layers recommended in winter).
