- Zoo trails are gravel. Wear closed-toed, comfortable walking shoes.
- No animals may be brought to the zoo or left in vehicles in the parking lot.
- No water fountains available. Bring your own food and beverages or purchase bottled water at the gift shop.
- Animal feed for goats, deer, llamas, alpacas, and sheep can be purchased at the gift shop.
- Children of all ages are welcome. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Strollers are permitted but may navigate gravel trails.
