Children under 3 years are free of charge and need to show proof of identification.
Children 16 years and under must be accompanied by a paying adult 18 years of age or older.

The last admission is 1 hour before closing.
Visitors with disability and carers are free of charge with a valid ID.

WINTER HOURS:
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM: Monday of the third week of October to the last Sunday of March inclusive.
Annual closure after the Christmas holidays for 3 consecutive weeks (weekends included).
SUMMER HOURS
9:30 AM - 8:30 PM: June 21 to August 31.
7:00 PM - 11:30 PM: Late nights every Thursday from mid-June to mid-August.
OFFSEASON HOURS:
9:30 AM - 6:00 PM: Last Monday in March to June 20 AND from September 1 to the second Sunday in October inclusive on Weekday.
9:30 AM - 7:30 PM: Weekends, public holidays, and school holidays in all areas.

Very big park and recommended for family trip here
Well laid out and accessible zoo. It was well worth the trip. Plenty of variety to see.
Farah was very quick at getting bank to me, kept me informed & altogether was very helpful.
Zoo experience was great and a really fast process using the tickets issued to get in. We completed it in around 5-ish hours, taking our time and enjoying the look at all the different animals. Alot of variety and very interesting. Would definitely recommend and visit again when I have the chance. One thing that might be useful to know is that there were not many food kiosks open (just a single main one it seemed) when we went (on sat in autumn) but there are vending machines around which sell bottled drinks and chips/small snacks.
