- Parents or guardians must not leave children unattended in queues or outside the venue.
- Babies under 2 years old cannot join KidZania activities but may enter the Fun First Nursery (additional fees apply).
- Please proceed to the ticketing counter of KidZania Dubai.
- Present your voucher to receive your ticket.
- Re-entry is not allowed once the children leave the venue.
