Please make sure your mobile phone and its operating system are compatible with eSIM. Failure to do so may result in activation failure and no refunds will be granted.
Samsung mobile phones have variant versions in different countries. Samsung mobile phones purchased in Taiwan do not support eSIM. For other regions, please check on Samsung's official website first.
iOS must be version 12.1 or later. iPhones sold in China do not support eSIM. In Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 13 mini/12 mini/SE 2020/XS have eSIM capabilities.
Each QR code can only be scanned one time and once the installation process is completed, after the QR code scanning, the eSIM cannot be transferred to another device.
Please confirm that your device is suitable for eSIM before purchasing. This product is non-refundable after sending the eSIM QR code.

Helpful online chat service. Fuss free activation (just sometime to activate in Singapore) it works relatively well in Osaka and Tokyo. Stable connection throughout the trip
Great! Works well in both Tokyo and Hokkaido. For Apple users, it connects after activation. But for Samsung users (we used Ultra 22 & Ultra 24), it doesn't connect automatically, you have to setup the APN manually in your phone settings. Overall is easy and great.
Data is good can use in Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, Niseko and Sapporo.
Data eSIM worked seamlessly in Tokyo, Sapporo, and as well in remote areas of Japan —smooth connectivity throughout my journey.
Works well during my holiday between Tokyo, Fuji, Osaka and Kyoto. Will definitely get it again during my stay in Japan.
