At "Yuba and Tofu Restaurant Ume no Hana", we carefully select ingredients considering our customers' health, and each dish is prepared with meticulous attention and dedication. Our Karasuma location is in the heart of Kyoto, next to the famous Rokkaku-do, which is known as the birthplace of ikebana (flower arrangement).
