On this exclusive wine-tasting journey, you’ll visit two boutique wineries, tour their facilities, and sample 12 exquisite wines, including indigenous Romanian varieties like Fetească Neagră, expertly paired with local cheese and charcuterie. Before the second wine-tasting, you can opt for a traditional Romanian lunch, savoring authentic local flavors. The tasting includes six carefully selected wines, paired with cheese, cured meats and dried fruits. You’ll also sample a couple of wines directly from stainless steel tanks, gaining insight into the aging process. Fetească Neagră, a standout Romanian red, is a must-try, alongside Cabernet Franc and Tămâioasă Românească, often compared to dry Muscat.
