We had a terrific evening with Yuma. It was a great mix of information about sake making and encouragement to discern the differences in the sake we were tasting. We now know how to find a sake that appeals to each of us and we are looking forward to our own sake sampling as we travel around Japan.

Great fun, Joe provided entertainment and an educational experience. I wish we had more time and opportunity to actually just talk about the sake. Also, while the experience was for English-speaking travellers, it would have been great if the material were available in Japanese as well.
