Itinerary

Upon your arrival at Beijing International Airport (PEK), your driver will hold your name waiting for you after you pick up the luggage. So please just look for your name when you walk out the baggage claim area. Your highly trained chauffeur will send you to your city hotel in Beijing on a timely manner. Of course, it's safe and stress free!
Please advise your arrival flight number and hotel information upon booking.

Car arrangement: 5-seat sedan fro 1-3 guests, 7-seat minivan for 4-6 guests, minibus for 9-15 guests.
Usually, each traveler is allowed to carry 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. If your luggage is oversized or excessive, please inquire with the operator prior travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. If not, a larger vehicle will be arranged for you.

Your driver can check your flight information by flight number, so no matter your flight arrives earlier or later, your driver will be at the airport. If your flight changes, please let the operator know in advance, so arrangements can be made.
If you land at Terminal 1 or 2, your driver will wait 90-minutes after your flight arrive. If Terminal 3, your driver will wait 2 hours after your flight arrive. if you can not arrive at the meeting point on time please contact your local operator in advance or come out to find your driver. Otherwise your driver will leave, airport pick up will considered as no show.
