- Doors open 2 hours before the show. Enjoy local delicacies, and refreshing drinks at the International Food Street and Immersive Photo Zone.
- Outside food and drink items will not be allowed into the event venue, items will have to be consumed/discarded prior to entry.
- Professional photography and videography are not allowed.

- All children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- No admission for children aged below 5 years old.
- Valid photo ID or passport
- Booking confirmation voucher (mobile or printed)
- 24 hours confirmation upon booking.
