    Morning: 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m. departure from Aurangabad Your two-day journey begins with an early-morning departure from Aurangabad. Your guide will pick you up from your selected pickup point in Aurangabad and proceed to Ajanta Caves. Ajanta is at a distance of 100 km from Aurangabad; it will take 2 hours to reach here. Ajanta Caves, which are known for their rich historical and cultural heritage, This UNESCO World Heritage Site is a complex of 30 rock-cut Buddhist cave monuments carved into the rocks of the Waghora River valley. Important Note: Many travelers have a question in their minds: Can they catch a flight after finishing the tour for the next day? Yes, you can do the Ellora Caves and Local Tour comfortably and catch the flight after noon. We will drop you off at the airport anytime between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Shoes have to be taken out in some caves in Ajanta. If you want to avoid it, then you can carry polythene socks together.
Note : Ajanta Caves are closed every Monday. Ellora Caves are closed every Tuesday.
