- Arrival: Meet your driver at the Arrival Hall holding a sign with your name.
- Departure: Pickup from your hotel lobby or specified address.
- Please provide your flight details and hotel address during booking.
- Midnight surcharge applies between 11:00 PM – 6:30 AM.
- Distance surcharge applies for pickups or drop-offs in Jurong, Clementi, Bukit Panjang, and Choa Chu Kang.
- Baby and booster seats available on request (charges may apply).
- Service available for all travellers.
- Booking required at least 24 hours before travel time.
- Baby seat required for children under 4 years old (SGD $15 per seat).
- Booster seat available free of charge, subject to availability.
- All children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
