- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure; late arrivals are non-refundable.
- The guide will hold a yellow ‘Gogoday’ flag for easy identification.
- Crater Access: Mount Aso access may close without notice due to safety; the guide will adjust the itinerary accordingly.
- Deer Safety: If feeding deer (e.g., at stops with deer), be mindful—they can be eager.
- Operational Flexibility: On weekends, holidays, or peak seasons, traffic/weather may affect timing and stop order; return times may vary—avoid scheduling activities immediately after the tour.
