The driver was on time, the ride was comfortable. However the price is more expensive than using Grab. So this part need to be improved.
行き先をきちんと書き、バウチャーにも記載あり。同じ名前のホテルが市内と市外にあり市内の方に向かっていた。私の行き先は市外だったのでその料金では行かないと言われた。料金の違いが事前にわかっていれば受け入れたし、その料金で行けないのであれば断ってもらっても良かった。ドライバーさんは不憫に思ってくれ差額を払ってホテルまで親切に送ってくれた。会社のオペレーションに問題あり。シャングリラホテルに行く場合は気をつけるべき。
