Service is slow. When reach the place, took a long time to check in to verify pelago booking. The staff seems not familiar with pelago. During check out,Ask for bill for 3 times but took long time. Lack of focus from female waitress at pool lounge Shower area is not clean. No shampoo provided. Food is nice and view is fantastic.
Redemption process was easy, however staff could have explained more on how does the swimming in the pool work, like do we have a table to stay or locker somewhere for our things since it is included in the ticket, nevertheless though the staff were approachable and the view of the falls was really good. It could have been 5 stars if usage of pool was explained really well instead of ourselves looking for answers
