In such cases, we will contact you directly to process a full refund promptly. • Are the prices the same for adults and minors?
  
  - Since the price is per seat, it is the same for anyone aged 5 and older. As
  this tour involves a significant amount of time spent in the vehicle, we only
  accept passengers aged 5 and older to ensure a comfortable environment. If
  traveling with children, please bring proof of age, such as a passport, to

  reservation service for local restaurants. However, if you ask your tour guide
  on the day of the trip, they will be happy to assist you with local restaurant

  - We apologize, but we cannot provide recommendations as each traveler has
  different budgets, preferences, and requirements, and we do not handle

  - There are no tickets or vouchers sent after booking confirmation. We verify
  your identity using your name and contact information on the day of the tour.
  Therefore, you do not need to prepare any documents. Please only bring proof

• Can you provide pick-up and drop-off at my accommodation?
  
  - This is a group tour, and pick-up and drop-off are only available at the
  designated meeting point. We cannot provide pick-up or drop-off at your
  accommodation or other specific locations. However, boarding and alighting at
  the designated tour destinations are permitted.

  
  

• Does the tour proceed if it rains?
  
  - The tour will proceed as scheduled unless there is heavy rain that
  qualifies as a natural disaster.

  
  

• Is it allowed to eat in the vehicle?
  
  - You may consume simple, odorless food. However, to avoid inconveniencing
  other travelers, consuming food with strong odors (such as eggs, sandwiches,
  etc.) inside the vehicle is not permitted.

  
  

• How are seats assigned on the day of the trip?
  
  - This product does not have a reserved seating system; you may choose your
  preferred seat freely in the order of arrival on the day of the trip. If you
  have a preferred seat, we recommend arriving at the meeting point a little

• Is the arrival time the same every day after finishing all the scheduled activities?
  
  - On average, we arrive at the stated time, but please note that the arrival
  time may vary depending on local traffic conditions.
