On days of the Musical Fountains show or the Musical Gardens, access to Versailles Gardens is only free for kids under 6.

Usage
Show your smartphone ticket at the entrance of the Grand Trianon
Make sure you arrive early to anticipate potential public transport issues. Latecomers won’t be admitted 30 minutes after the selected timeslot
Tickets aren't exchangeable
Post Purchase
If you come by RER, you need to buy a RER ticket and not a Metro one
You may also explore the Gardens. However, a fee (€7.50-9.50) must be paid on Fountain Show & Musical Garden days
Pushchairs & metal baby carriers must be deposited at the free luggage storage room
Watch out for pickpockets around the palace
