The admission experience was very smooth. The actual water park is also well maintained and is good for 2ish hours of fun for adults.

Great waterpark
Excellent waterpark with lots of attractions and varying ranges of slides and thrills suitable for a wide range of kids ages. Plenty of fun for the adults as well. The slides were very well maintained with every single slide operational when we visited last week. The lifeguards were very attentive and meticulous with their implementation of safety. Bringing in water is allowed only in reusable water bottles and not disposable bottles. I am removing one star because of the late 11 am start. I don’t see why the park would not open at 10 am, especially since it gets really busy by mid afternoon even during low season when we visited. The other reason for removing one star is because the food here is significantly more expensive than its competitor, which is Black Mountain waterpark.
You should have real customer service representatives helping people when they have problems accessing their tickets instead of customer service bots that just repeat questions. Your service sucks and I’m giving you a one star google review and telling everyone not to use Pelago.
