With over 14 years of experience as a culinary instructor and more than 6000 students from around the world, Mexican Chef Coty will teach you not only a 3 course menu, but also about cooking techniques which will help you in your every day life. All this while you are having lots of fun!

Come to Co.Cos to learn how to do an authentic 1 or 3 course meal class in the home and school of the Chef, who has been teaching people from all over the world for more than 14 years! We offer two options: - 1 course meal class on Tuesdays or Thursdays which lasts about 3 hours - 3 course meal class on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays which lasts about 5 hours Our fully equipped kitchen is the only cooking school in Playa del Carmen with cooking stations for everyone to cook their own meal. Sit, relax and enjoy your food with wine and beer. Learn about fresh and dried peppers. And finish the class with a lesson and tasting on tequila and mezcal. If you are a foodie, hobby cook or even a chef, this is an experience you can not miss! ***As an extra note, our minimum people to open a class is 2. So if you are a solo traveler, please ask for availability before booking.
