Cape Town's surf beaches are spread across a peninsula, meaning conditions can vary greatly. Choosing the right spot is key for a great experience, but don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! We'll handle the logistics, just hop in the van, relax, and get ready to surf! You'll be collected from your city accommodation by your private surf coach in our comfortable, fully equipped surf van. From there, you'll be transferred to the beach with the best conditions on the day. Your surf coach is also a certified tourist guide, making the journey more than just a ride—it's an experience in itself! Upon arrival, we'll get you suited up with the right gear before heading to the sand and sea for a 1.5-hour private surf lesson. We’ll provide a hooded changing towel to make getting in and out of your wetsuit a breeze. Never surfed? No problem! Your experienced coach will guide you through the basics, ensuring a fun and safe introduction to surfing. If you're an intermediate surfer, let us know when booking so we can plan. While the surf lesson lasts 1.5 hours, the full experience typically runs 3.5 to 4 hours, including transfers, changing into and out of gear, and the return trip to the city.
