What an experience! From our driver, Bagonk, who fetched us from our residence to the starting point of the trek to Mount Batur, to our trekking guide, Coco, who was really friendly and helpful throughout. Really appreciate the wonderful experience!
The volcano guide Maggie was amazing and ensured we were well taken care of! Our driver, Buda, was the absolute best! He was telling us about the history of the local area, an insight into Indonesian perspective and culture, and a rapid fire Balinese language course. He was the man!! Highly recommend doing this tour!

It was very good. I loved watching the sunrise. The guide(Wikan) was very helpful and assisted to ensure we got to the top of mountain safely. I am also impressed with the way driver and tour guide(Rudi) had brought us to the beautiful places & also lots of nice photos at the waterfalls.
We were driven by Jero Kadek, who was very punctual, attentive and dedicated. We were very grateful to him for being our driver and getting us to our destination safely. I wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours and recommend him to anyone on this trip to Mount Batur.

And the guide - Petra, who was really friendly and assist us along the trekking journey. Amazing view on the mountain top. 10/10 would recommend!
