- Last admission: 8:00 PM
- Please arrive at the spa 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time.
Must Know
- Reservations are subject to availability and not eligible during special events and festive season.
- Client appointment will be shortened if client arrive late and without notice. It will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late.
- Customers with serious heart conditions, high blood pressure, skin infection or after surgery (less than 1 month) are prohibited to spa treatments.
- Customers with cancer, skin infection, bone-related symptoms or after surgery (less than 1 month) are prohibited for spa treatments.
- Company reserves the right to refuse services to customers who behave in an ill-mannered, aggressive or hostile way towards any member of staff or other customers .
- Female customers during pregnancy or menstruation are prohibited to use Onsen facilities and spa treatments.

- Instant confirmation upon booking.
- Ticket valid only for the selected date and time.
Cancellation Policy
- A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before date of selection.
- No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 2 days before the date of selection.

- Valid only for the booked date and time slot.
