Highlights

Here you will be not only amazed by the combination of the courtyards and architectures, and learn the confucianism at the 2nd biggest Confucius temple in Jianshui old town, night tour in the old town, visit Local Toufu factory. It will start from Kunming city and end at Kunming airport (need flight take off afternoon 16:00pm)/ Kunming bullet train station(need train depart after 16:00) or Kunming hotel.

The formation of the Stone Forest has undergone about 270 million years, and depends on its unique value for research and aesthetics, the Stone Forest was recognized as the first batch of UNESCO GEO-PARK in 2004, and it was also put into the list of World Natural Heritage UNESCO in 2007. After lunch, you will be transferred to Yuanyang for the grand terrace field (6hs for driving). After discovering by French people in 1980’s, Yuanyang Hani Terraces has become more and more famous all around the world. It is a masterpiece created by Hani people, Yi people and other nationalities for generations. The 647 hectares of terraces below the Duoyishu Village is the best spot to watch the sunrise. This is also one of the core reserves in Hani Terrace for application for World Cultural Heritage. Then you will have opportunity to trek in the fields, if you like (about 1-3 hours). Then visit Qingkou Hani Village. Here you will enjoy the traditional Hani mushroom houses and normal life of local residents. At about 12:00 you will arrive in Tuanshan Village. After lunch, visit this representative Migrated-Han-Minority-Village in Southeast China including Family Zhang Garden. It is fully preserved in terms of architectural style of 19th century, remains intact and the distinctive way of people’s life. Then, at about 14:00, transferred to visit the Double Dragon Bridge, which is the biggest and has the most artistic value of the ancient bridges in Yunnan Province. After that, at about 15:30, visit Jianshui Confucius Temple. It is located in Jianshui Ancient City and occupies an area of 76,000 square meters. it is ranked No.2 largest Confucius Temple in China, the first one is in Qufu Confucius Temple in Shandong Province.
