[Lunch Precautions]

• Lunch service starts at 11:30 or 13:00. Please arrive at Sunpeer Restaurant on time for your reservation. The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of The YUINCHI Hotel NANJO.
• The lunch photos are for reference only; the actual menu may vary depending on the day.

[Precautions for Ape-Man-no-Yu Onsen]

• The opening hours of the Sarutobi Onsen are 06:30-23:00 (last entry at 22:30). Visitors can go to Sarutobi Onsen during the opening hours and simply show their voucher.
• Children aged 7 and above should enter the corresponding bath according to their gender. Infants and children must be accompanied by a guardian when bathing.
• Anyone with tattoos or permanent makeup (including temporary tattoos), regardless of the size of the tattoo or permanent makeup, is prohibited from taking a bath.
• Do not bathe after drinking alcohol. Do not bring towels into the tub. Avoid loud noises and keep quiet.
• People with long hair should tie it up after washing to prevent it from falling into the bath. Bath products are provided, but it is recommended to bring your own towel.
• Please bathe naked, and wash your body before entering the bath.

[Precautions for Off-Road Vehicles]

• Those who have consumed alcohol on the day of the event, are hungover, are under the influence of drugs, are pregnant, or whose children are 0-3 years old should not participate.
• Age Restriction: Participants aged 4 and above * Participants aged 11 and above must ride in one vehicle. Children aged 4-10 must ride in the same vehicle with their guardian (children aged 0-3 are not allowed to participate).
• The number of passengers should be one per vehicle in principle.
• The number of children must not exceed that of adults.
• Sandals and shorts are permitted. Please do not wear high heels, skirts, dresses, clothing you do not wish to get dirty, overly loose clothing, or clothing that could get caught in the vehicle. If staff determine that a passenger's clothing poses a safety hazard (such as clothing that could easily get caught in the vehicle), participation in the activity may be denied.
• The meeting time is 08:45. Please arrive at the meeting point, YUINCHI South City Hotel (SPORT Building), on time. No further notice will be given regarding the meeting time. Failure to arrive on time will be considered as a waiver of participation, and no changes, postponements, or refunds will be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
• The activity may be cancelled in the event of a typhoon, and passengers will be notified by email.

【Suggested Attire】

• Please wear clothing that allows for easy movement and is resistant to getting dirty. ※In rainy weather, your legs below the knees may get covered in mud.
• Please bring socks and wear them inside your boots.
• It is recommended to bring a change of clothes, a towel, and sunglasses.
• Please do not wear high heels, skirts, dresses, clothing you do not wish to get dirty, overly loose clothing, or clothing that may get caught in a vehicle.
