Highlights
Though I have been teaching Yoga for the past seven years, it has been a very important part of my life for a long time. My wellness journey started from Classical Pilates training (matwork & props, reformer, chair) and then it continued on my studies on Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Therapeutic Elements and Yoga props (RYT 500). Wishing to deepen my knowledge and experience in the world of holistic practices, I also studied Angelic Reiki Healing and Spineworks and to this day, I am attending numerous seminars and workshops. For me, practicing Yoga is more than just performing asanas on the mat. It means to live life in simplicity with compassion and an open heart, something I try to share in every yoga session.
For our sessions you will need to have with you a towel and a good mood (yoga mats will be provided).
A morning and an evening session are offered.

Morning Yoga Session 08.00 – 09.15 During our morning session, we combine Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, for detox and de-stress, as well as Yoga Nidra techniques, in order to deepen our connection with our inner self. We mainly focus on our breath (Pranayama) and our center and chakras, in order to improve our mindfulness; the ability and the great gift of living in the moment. Evening Yoga Session 18.00 – 19.15 During our evening session, we will find our center and feel the earthing. We will begin with Pranayama (breathing exercises), joint loosening exercises, asanas (physical postures) and we will close with savasana (rest and relaxation). The day’s end will find us calm and peaceful.
