The aroma of herbs and copal allow you to feel at ease, purify the body, and create space to rid the spirit of negative energy. Using mud, honey, aloe vera, and refreshing teas, as well as songs and musical instruments, the temazcalero guides you through four intervals of increasing and decreasing heat by opening the door of the temazcal, allowing you to experience its curative powers. Following your 1.5-hour session, take a cold plunge and bite into fresh fruit, then relax on the return to your hotel.
