- March 10 to December 7: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Regular departures every hour).
- December 8 to March 9 (Winter Cruise): 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Regular departures every 90 minutes).
- Closed Dates: January 1 to 4, February 1, February 12, August 11, September 3, and December 29 to 31.
- Service may be suspended or halted due to severe weather, strong winds, or river flooding.

- The boat may take up to 30 minutes after the scheduled time to depart.
- No restroom facilities are available on the boat; please use them before boarding.
- You are allowed to bring your own food and beverages.
- Life jackets must be worn properly at all times.
- Adult tickets are required for individuals aged 13 and above.
- Child tickets are required for children aged 0 to 12.
- Individuals below 80cm in height are not permitted to board for safety reasons.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult (13 years or older) to board the boat.
- Children under 12 who are classified as type 1 or type 2 disabled must be accompanied by a companion.
- All children must be at least 80cm tall to participate.
- Valid photo ID or passport.
- Mobile smartphone ticket.
- Weather-appropriate clothing (it can be cold during winter cruises).
- Not directly wheelchair accessible; wheelchair users must be accompanied by an attendant to assist with transferring to a seat.
- Foldable wheelchairs can be stored on the boat.
- Individuals with guide dogs are allowed to bring their service animals on board.
- Not suitable for individuals experiencing symptoms of illness or those with severe mobility issues.

It was a wonderful experience. Well worth the money. The views were fantastic. Highly recommend going during blossom season!
fantastic boat ride. better than the scenic railway as the slower pace allow more time to snap pictures and enjoy the autumn colours. the boatman were funny which added more fun to the tour. the periodic rapids also add to the excitement. highly recommended

Absolutely beautiful scenery, we were there in November. We felt we had a very safe trip, didn't get wet other than a few drops of river water spray, the boat literally cruised through the rapids. Boatmen knew a little English and pointed out some interesting facts and cracked a few jokes to lighten the mood. Maybe 2 hours is a bit long in this day and age for many people, I found it good value. Wonder how they get the boats back upstream.
