Highlights
During the SUP taster course you will experience the picturesque bay of Morro Jable, the clear turquoise blue water and the white beach from a new perspective.
You will see fishes swimming underneath your board and seagulls above you. Of course there is enough time to take a bath in the warm blue water.
You will learn stand-up paddling (SUP) under professional guidance from a trained instructor in a small group of max. 4 people.

You take part in a SUP trial course for beginners. As we only give our SUP course in small groups with a maximum of 4 participants, we can adapt to the learning progress and wishes of our students individually. Meeting point is our surf school office in Morro Jable. Here the students get the SUP material: • SUP board from Ocean & Earth with lightweight epoxy core and soft, sure-foam cover • Height adjustable paddle • Billabong wetsuit The beach is only 150m away. On the beach there is a briefing on currents and wind in the bay of Morro Jable. This is followed by important safety instructions on the use of the equipment. After a short warm-up, the SUP instructor shows the first techniques for paddling and standing on the board. Then everybody is off to the water. The SUP instructor is always there to improve your stance, paddling technique and show you how to steer the SUP board properly. If the SUP students are confident enough, there is a small SUP tour from Morro Jable along the white dune towards the lighthouse of Jandia. For intermediate and advanced SUP surfers we offer courses in waves and SUP downwind safaris.
