Booking & Cancellation Policy
- This is a request-based reservation, not an instant booking
- Final bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance
- Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment
- Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the booking date will incur a 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the booking date will incur a 100% cancellation fee
- Reservations must be made 7 days before

- Dinner: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Must Know
- Operating days are irregular with no fixed holidays. Please provide multiple preferred dates when making a reservation request.
- Menu may change based on ingredient availability.

- We are not liable for any trouble, accidents, theft, or injuries at the venue.
- We recommend taking motion sickness medication at least 30 minutes prior to boarding if you are prone to seasickness.
- Guests must be of junior high school age or older and able to enjoy the full adult course.
- In the event of severe weather, your reservation may be canceled if the cruise is unable to depart.
- Guests arriving more than 5 minutes after the reserved time will not be permitted to board.
- Please note that additional orders on the day may incur extra charges.
