In this 2.5-hour experience, you’ll learn how to make delicious vegan pasta (egg-less pasta) completely from scratch. Here’s what we'll do step by step: - We’ll teach you how to work the perfect egg-free dough. -You’ll see our small stone mill milling the flour! - While the dough rests, we’ll explain different shapes and techniques. - Shape the pasta of the day. After the hard work let's toast with a glass of wine while we cook your pasta and finally, we can sit to enjoy our handmade pasta together with a special nonna's vegan sauce of course. IMPORTANT: The meal will be cooked and served with low/no salt and sugar to taste (and enjoy) the true essence of the food.
