  • Vessels are not wheelchair accessible. Crew can assist with boarding only if safe and agreed to by the guest. No liability is accepted for assistance-related risks

  • ACG may, when necessary (e.g. due to weather, safety, or mechanical issues), change vessels, routes, menus, services, schedules, or prices without notice. ACG will aim to provide a similar experience, but will not be liable for any loss, refund, or inconvenience caused by such changes
  • Requests from guests for dietary requirements (gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free), substitutions and modifications of menus on board, cruises will be politely declined, as kitchen team prepares the meals in onboard kitchens
  • The supplier cannot guarantee allergen-free meals and accept no liability for allergic reactions. Guests with serious allergies may bring their own meals with prior written consent
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and infants/children require a valid ticket. There are no highchairs or baby-changing facilities

All passengers including the infants must be manifested for safety and security reasons. Un-manifested guests will be refused boarding
Guests may not bring alcohol or illegal substances onboard. Intoxicated passengers may be refused entry or asked to disembark. All alcohol service follows the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) policy
Some cruises or activities may involve risks (e.g. physical injury). Guests assume all such risks and must ensure you are fit to participate
Cruising involves natural risks. Guests travel at their own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the supplier are not liable for injury, death, or loss, except to resupply the cruise or refund its cost where legally required
Any request to transfer a booking to another date must be made 72 hours prior to the cruise date. Such transfer of bookings are subject to availability of seats at the same price for the new cruise date. If the price is higher for the new cruise date, you will be required to pay the difference in addition to the minimum transfer fee
