Hands-On Bread Baking Class (Group / Corporate Only)
Get hands-on with the traditional art of bread making at Sweetlands Bakery. This 3-4 hour experience combines a practical baking session with a tasting and an introduction to the history and traditions of the bakery.
Experience includes:
- Full hands-on bread baking class where you’ll learn and participate in the baking process
- Tasting of the bread you’ve baked during the session
- A cup of coffee to enjoy

- Transportation is not provided. Guests will learn to navigate Singapore’s public transport system.
- To respect the masters at work and maintain hygiene in this old-school heritage bakery, guests are strictly not allowed to touch anything in the kitchen.
- Baking processes depend on the time of day. If live baking is not available during the visit, video snippets will be played to re-enact the real-life process.
- Photographs and videos of attendees may be taken during the event. By joining, you consent to the use of these photographs and videos for publicity and outreach.
- There is a short outdoor walking tour at the end of the experience to explore the neighbourhood’s heritage and atmosphere.
- In the event of a light drizzle, the tour will proceed as planned.
- In cases of severe weather, the route will be adjusted to use sheltered walkways wherever possible.
- The majority of the tour will be conducted indoors.
- Guided tours require a minimum of 2 participants to proceed.
- The organiser reserves the right to cancel the tour at short notice if the minimum 2-pax departure requirement is not met.
- If the tour is cancelled due to low numbers, all affected participants will receive a full refund.
- Flexible arrangements will be made in line with prevailing Singapore government health guidelines.
