This is the authentic, golden, thick-crust dough of the Greek countryside: rustic, crunchy, and easy for anyone to knead and stretch. We will walk through our organic garden, harvesting seasonal greens and herbs. Back in our open-air kitchen, you will learn to roll and fill your own dough using our own Selection extra virgin olive oil and our family recipes. We keep it simple, ensuring you leave with the knowledge to recreate these flavors in your own kitchen. The recipes: Wild Greens and Feta Goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and oregano Pumpkin with walnuts, cinnamon, and raisins Baklava with honey, cinnamon, and walnuts As our pies bake in the wood-burning oven, we gather at our big Farmer’s Table to share the meal together.
