We give 1 hour of waiting time for domestic flights and boats and 1 hour and 30 minutes for international flights. We also provide 15 minutes of waiting time at the pickup to go to the airport or port, for example, from a hotel to the airport.
Itinerary
We wait for customers at arrivals inside the airport with a sign containing their name to facilitate meeting them. We collect at the address indicated by the customer. During the service, we were able to witness the various points in Lisbon City.

Seamless pick up as driver reached out via watsapp and I got his message on arrival. Successfully got to hotel - expensive versus an Uber but for first timer worth the convenience. However, the same operator did not turn up for my second booking - they just did not appear at all. Still not sure what happened but reached out to Pelago and they swiftly refunded me.
