For the cooking class learn to cook fresh egg pasta and tiramisu or risotto and panna cotta or pizza or gnocchi and tiramisu. If you choose the market tour option, take a short walk to the vibrant neighborhood market before you start your cooking class. You'll have the opportunity to purchase fresh ingredients for your cooking class, ensuring your meal is made with the best seasonal produce. After the market tour, return to Annamaria's home, where you'll transform these freshly sourced ingredients into delicious dishes in a fun and interactive cooking class.
