In addition to the indoor observation deck at a height of 87.5m, visitors can access the special outdoor observation deck at the top of Tsutenkaku, standing 94.5m above ground. This open-air deck offers an exhilarating and thrilling experience.

- Free for children 4 years old and under.
- “Child” tickets are for ages 5 to 14.
“Adult” tickets are for ages 15 and above.

- Please bring your electronic voucher with the QR code to the venue.

- This activity takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
- This attraction has a limited number of elevators, and their capacity is small. Depending on how busy it is on the day, you may need to wait to use them.

- Wait times may vary depending on the level of congestion on the day of use.
- Closure may occur without notice due to severe weather conditions, including heavy rain, strong winds, or thick fog.
- For safety reasons, the use of umbrellas and parasols is not permitted on the special outdoor observation deck.
- In the event of temporary closure due to inclement weather, your ticket can be exchanged for a discount coupon redeemable at the on-site shop or cafe.
- Please note that refunds in cash or by credit card are not available. Thank you for your understanding.
- As access to the Special Outdoor Observation Deck requires using stairs, guests who have difficulty or are unable to climb stairs are advised to refrain from entering.
- For safety reasons, we may restrict the amount of baggage you can bring into the venue.
- Bringing food, drinks, flammable items, and other prohibited materials into the venue is not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the tower, and no designated smoking areas are available.
- The use of tripods, monopods, and similar equipment for photography is not permitted.
- Additionally, entry may be denied at the discretion of the operator if deemed unsafe.
