- Please complete check-in at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will be treated as no-shows and their bookings will be canceled.
- Redeem your booking at the facility.
- Guests must be at least 20 years old to board the cruise.
- The night cruise lasts approximately 60 minutes.
- Light snacks and free-flow drinks are provided during the cruise.
- Ingredient substitutions, including requests related to food allergies, cannot be accommodated.
- Guests who do not check in at least 15 minutes before departure will be considered no-shows, and their bookings will be treated as canceled.
- Tickets are valid only on the reserved date.
- The cruise is operated aboard the Lady Crystal by The Cruise Club Tokyo.
- Available languages: Japanese and English.
- Participation is restricted to guests aged 20 years and above.
- Guests under 20 years old are not permitted to board.
- Children and guests under the age of 20 are not permitted to participate in this cruise.
- Minimum participation age: 20 years old.
- Valid photo ID or passport for age verification.
- Mobile or printed booking confirmation or voucher for redemption at the facility.

- Cancellations made 3 days or more before the scheduled cruise date are eligible for a 100% refund.
