Join us for a hands-on Split Pastry Class where you'll learn to create traditional Croatian desserts. You can choose one of the following dessert themes: 1. SPLITSKA TORTA - THE CAKE OF SPLIT Made of dried figs, almonds, raisins and buttercream. 2. ŠTRUDEL OD JABUKE - APPLE STRUDEL Viennese influence on the Croatian desserts, apples wrapped in phyllo dough and baked to perfection. 3. PARADIŽOT - DALMATIAN VERSION OF "FLOATING ISLAND" Creamy, delicious and refreshing dessert made of custard and meringue. 4. RAFIOLI Originated from the own Trogir, these delicious pasta - like cookies are filled with rich almond filling. Discover the art of making Splitska torta, Štrudel od jabuke, Paradižot and Rafioli. Our expert pastry chef will guide you through the process. Snacks, coffee, and tea included.
