- 8:00 AM: Under the BEAMS sign at Shin-Marunouchi Building, in front of JR Tokyo Station (1-5-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 100-6590)
- 8:30 AM: Tokyo MODE GAKUEN (1-7-3 Nishi-shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 160-0023)
- Your guide will hold a yellow Gogoday flag for easy recognition.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
- No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.

- Peak autumn foliage at the Maple Corridor is from Oct 26 – Nov 20; during this time, Oishi Park is not included.
- Weather conditions may obscure Mt. Fuji views—check forecasts ahead of time.
- The night before your trip, you’ll receive an email with guide contact and vehicle details.
- Traffic delays may occur on weekends, holidays, or sakura season. Return times may vary—avoid scheduling activities immediately after the tour.
- This is a shared group tour with multilingual guidance.
