Skiers must wear helmets; they can bring their own or rent one on-site (not included in the price).
The minimum size for SKI ski equipment (foot length) is 17cm, and the minimum size for SNOWBOARD ski equipment (foot length) is 21cm. If children under 3 years old want to ski, they can ask the guide on-site to see if the minimum size equipment fits them. If it does, payment can be made on the spot.
No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact customer service during business hours.
Cancellation or modification requests submitted after 6 PM on weekdays or on weekends/public holidays will be processed sequentially on the next business day.
