Please note that we recommend to plan a 3rd day flexibility to stay in Aguas Calientes in case of major affluence and not being able to book an entrance for the 2nd day (In this exceptional situation, please be advised that there will be an additional fee to change your return train ticket and prepare to book a second night hotel).

Admission Ticket FreeThis is the safest way to be able to visit Machu Picchu if you are booking short notice. The first day, you will travel by bus early morning (Pick up hotel at 3:45 am) from Cusco to Ollantaytambo where you will take the train to Machu Picchu to get at the Ministry of Culture of Aguas Calientes at 8 am, the earliest possible, in order to get your Machu Picchu entrance ticket. You then have free time to relax in the hot springs of Aguas Calientes or enjoy a walk in the village. *Please note that we recommend to plan a 3rd day flexibility to stay in Aguas Calientes in case of major affluence and not being able to book an entrance for the 2nd day (In this exceptional situation, please be advised that there will be an additional fee to change your return train ticket and prepare to book a second night hotel).* The hotel night in Aguas Calientes is not included as our clients have different budget and comfort expectations.

2 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeOur guide will meet you at the place indicated the day before when they helped you get your entrance ticket at the Ministry of Culture. You will take the bus up to Machu Picchu and have your 2h group guided visit if you got the entrance ticket of Circuit 2 Llaqta. You will then go down by bus to the village of Aguas Calientes, have lunch on your own and take the train back to Ollantaytambo where your bus transfer will drive you to Cusco and drop you off near the Plaza de Armas.
