Everest Base Camp Trekking Route
Day 1: Kathmandu-Lukla-Phakding (2652 m/8700 ft.) takes (40 min flight and 3 hours trek) Day 2: Trek to Namche Bazar (3,440m. /5-6 hours trekking/ 10km approx.) from Phakding Day 3: Acclimatization day in Namche Bazar Day 4: Trek to Thame (3800m/4-5 hrs) from Namche Bazar Day 5: Trek to Marlung (4137m/5-6 hrs) from Thame(3800 m) Day 6: Trek to Lungdeng (4600m/4-5 hrs) from Marlung(4137 M) Day 7: Renjo- La Pass (5,465m) and trek to Gokyo Lake (4800m/6-7 hrs) Day 8: An acclimatization Day at Gokyo Day 9: Trek to Thangnak.(4700m) from Gokyo Day 10: Dzongla.(4830m.) Day 11: Trek to Lobuche.(4910m.) from Dzongla.(4830m.) Day 12: Trek to Gorak Shep.(5180m.) from Labuche.(4910m.) Day 13: Lobuche - Kongma La (5,535m) then to Dingboche (7 hrs trek) Day 14: Trek to Monju.(2780m.) from Dingboche Day 15: Trek to Lukla.(2810m.) from Monju.(2780m.)
