You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) and show to the staff at the Dubai Opera entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
You can enter only at the time slot you choose, once inside, you can stay for as long as you like
The booking confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time.
Tours depart from the Plaza Box Office. It is advisable to arrive on time. Customers arriving late may not be accommodated on tour or refunded. Tickets purchased on a specific time/day are only valid for that.
Dubai Opera is a working building, so the content of the tours may vary. Due to events, some areas may occasionally be closed or restricted access.
You are required to purchase a ticket for all children over 2 years old. ( Child age from 2 - 15)
