- This is a rain or shine attraction.
- The ride ascends in a slow spiral to 79 metres above sea level.
- Loose clothing and handheld items must be secured.
- Last boarding occurs 15 minutes before the end of each hourly time slot.
- Redemption for drink or souvenir must be done on the same day of visit.
