• Your booking will be confirmed by the provider instantly.

• You will receive an instant confirmation email (Pelago Voucher) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at “At the Top - Burj Khalifa” ticket counter.
• You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) by email or by WhatsApp messenger after the booking is made.
• Please note: Only the PDF voucher or 7-digit order number (on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) can be shown to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance/ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.

• The booking confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time.
