2. General Rules (Applicable to all areas of the Exploration Center)

• The hotel abides by the management regulations set by the management company.
• The library's surveillance system is in operation.
• No animals are allowed into the museum.
• No queue cutting allowed. Visitors are not allowed to hold seats for others while queuing, and must queue again if they leave the queue.
• All tourists are responsible for their own belongings.
• Smoking, spitting and littering are prohibited. Eating outside the designated dining areas in the museum is prohibited.

• During peak hours, only one adult is allowed to accompany a child.

4. VR/MR Area Rules

• The VR/MR activity area is recommended for visitors aged 12 and above. If visitors under the age of 12 wish to participate in the experience, they must be accompanied by their parents/guardians.
• All visitors must follow the instructions of the management company staff. If tourists do not follow instructions, the management company has the right to ask them to leave the area.

5. Dining Rules

• All visitors may only eat or drink food and beverages purchased in the museum. Babies can eat their own baby food.
• To ensure the safety and comfort of other visitors, alcoholic beverages are not allowed into the museum.
• The dining location is in the Cube O Cafe canteen (not in the jellyfish area).
• Enjoy unlimited play at Ocean Park and food and beverage services of equal value within a limited time.
• Catering services will be charged on site based on the regular price plus a 10% service charge.
