- About Kyo-ryori KAJI -


The emergence of Kyo-ryori KAJI has shattered the common perception that
Kaiseki cuisine is inaccessible and expensive. Here, you can enjoy a high-
value Kaiseki set menu at an affordable price. As a Michelin-recommended
restaurant, the quality of Kyo-ryori KAJI is unquestionable. Chef Kenji Kaji
brings 46 years of culinary experience to the table. Beyond traditional
Kaiseki, the restaurant is also highly skilled in hot pot dishes. From sea
bream hot pot in spring and conger eel in summer to yellowtail in autumn and
blowfish in winter, no matter when you visit, you will experience a sensory
delight brought by fresh, seasonal ingredients. The restaurant offers 10
counter seats and several private rooms to suit different needs. The authentic
Japanese-style interior is simple yet elegant, and the first floor features an
exquisite Japanese garden, allowing guests to savor the rhythms of the four
seasons in a pleasing environment. It is an excellent choice for food lovers.

  • The set meal pictures are for reference only. The actual dishes provided are subject to the restaurant's availability on that day.
Reminders
Please dress appropriately and avoid overly casual clothing (such as slippers, sandals, vests, shorts, suspenders, miniskirts, etc.). Male guests must wear a shirt or jacket with a collar on the upper body and long pants (jeans are not allowed) and socks on the lower body.
Please arrive at the restaurant on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be cancelled by the restaurant and any fees paid will not be refunded.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, the merchant may refuse to allow you to wait in the store.
